I cannot say enough about this wonderful colt. He has been a favorite from birth, and it has been wonderful to watch him mature. Chianti attended Dressage at Devon 2006 and showed in both the open and the Gypsy Vanner breed class (IBC), finishing 2nd to his sire Charlie in the IBC. Chianti recently spent 5 days at the Mass Equine Affaire participating in the breed demos and spending a lot of time in the breed booth representing the Gypsy Vanner Horse. He loved all of the attention and was very, very well behaved. (Check out the photos of him in the booth and crowded alleyway) Chianti is a perfect example of the GV breed. His conformation is more sport horse with nice extension and beautiful headset. He will make a nice dressage prospect as well as a nice stallion. Chianti has great manners, clips, loves his bath, loads, and stands for the vet and blacksmith. He has been worked in the round pen, lunging and long-line. Chianti has been sold, congratulations to her new owners!
